Our current processing time is 5-10 business days as we do our best to accommodate an uptick in orders.
Though your items are usually going to arrive much sooner.
You also have express delivery options should you need your items a lot sooner.
Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the handcrafted personal use (and often consumable food grade) nature of our products, to maintain our quality, we cannot accept returns. Any mistakes on our part will be immediately corrected, replaced and/or refunded. We will do our best to mediate any issues that may arise outside of those parameters, as customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, it is best practice to avoid common issues that can negatively affect the overall process by ensuring that you read all product descriptions and/or reviews + ingredients, & double checking the items in your cart so you know exactly what you’ve ordered. Not to mention double checking your shipping address for mistakes & typos.
We offer replacements if our team makes any mistakes with your purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replaced product to reach you, may vary. Though, tracking will be provided.
We only replace items if they are defective or inconsistent with customer’s actual order.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will issue a refund only if our team makes any mistakes with your purchase (& that is your preferred method of resolution as opposed to receiving a replacement product), or if for unforeseen reasons an item that’s already been purchased goes out of stock or is experiencing supply chain issues (a somewhat rare, yet sadly disappointing occurrence)
